Welsh Cakes
Very easy and fast to bake (it took about half an hour). The result was actually pretty good, although i think i burned them a little bit :). They tasted almost the same as Finnish pancakes, but this Welsh version is much more thicker and more salty.

Torrijas
It was quick and easy to make. The instructions were a bit hard to understand but torrijas were almost the same as finnish “köyhät ritarit” so I already knew the basics how to make them. Those were tasty but a little bit burned :)
